INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 mejool date (de-seeded)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp cloves

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • A thumb nail piece of fresh ginger

  • 1/8 tsp chile powder

  • 1 Fuji or any other sweet apple

  • 1/2-1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop AIM ProPeas protein powder

  • 1 Tablespoon coconut milk kefir, optional

METHOD:

  1. Soak date in hot water for a minute

  2. Blend almond milk and softened dates until well blended

  3. If desired, add coconut milk to mixture

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
