Apple Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 mejool date (de-seeded)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
A thumb nail piece of fresh ginger
1/8 tsp chile powder
1 Fuji or any other sweet apple
1/2-1 cup ice
1 scoop AIM ProPeas protein powder
1 Tablespoon coconut milk kefir, optional
METHOD:
Soak date in hot water for a minute
Blend almond milk and softened dates until well blended
If desired, add coconut milk to mixture
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
