Apple Sundae
INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
2 Tbsp raw almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 & 1/2 tsp almond extract
2 Tbsp chopped almonds
2 Tbsp grated coconut
METHOD:
Blend almond butter, maple syrup, and almond extract until smooth
Cut apples into quarters
Cut quarters into 3 pieces lengthwise & 1/4-inch pieces crosswise
Place in two serving bowls
Drizzle sauce over apples
Top with chopped almonds & coconut
