Chocolate Cocoa Power Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp AIM Cocoa Leaf Greens and 1 Tbsp raw cocoa powder OR 2 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
    1 heaped scoop of Propeas protein powder

  • 1 cup dry oats – old fashioned or instant

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup chunky crunchy peanut butter
    (almond butter can also be used)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp chiaseeds

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (fine)

  • 2-3 Tbsp coconut oil - melted

METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients

  2. Optional - Add a sprinkle of raw cocoa nibs

  3. Roll into walnut sized balls

  4. Store sealed in fridge until ready to eat
