Chocolate Cocoa Power Balls
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp AIM Cocoa Leaf Greens and 1 Tbsp raw cocoa powder OR 2 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 heaped scoop of Propeas protein powder1 cup dry oats – old fashioned or instant
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup chunky crunchy peanut butter
(almond butter can also be used)1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chiaseeds
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (fine)
2-3 Tbsp coconut oil - melted
METHOD:
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients
Optional - Add a sprinkle of raw cocoa nibs
Roll into walnut sized balls
Store sealed in fridge until ready to eat
