Fall Apple Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 small eating apple
1 scoop AIM ProPeas
1 tsp almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp hemp heart seeds
1 ice block - optional
METHOD:
De-seed apple and cut in quarters
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over apple slices and massage
Put slices in a zip lock bag and freeze
Add all ingredients in a high speed blender
Blend until smooth
