Ginger Pear Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz water
1 cup spinach or kale
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 small pear, de-seeded and cubed
Thumbnail size fresh ginger root
1 tsp chiaseed
Squeeze of fresh lemon
2-3 blocks of ice, optional
METHOD:
Add all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
