No Bake Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup gluten free oats, toasted
1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup plant milk (almond or oat milk)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook together over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Immediately scoop spoonfuls onto a baking pan lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle with hemp hearts and place in fridge until cold.
Enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
