ProPeas Protein Powder Granola Bars
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw honey (slightly heated over boiling water)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
12 oz jar nut butter (almond butter)
1/2 cup chopped dates and raisins/cranberries
3 cups gluten-free rolled oats - lightly toasted
3 scoops of ProPeas powder
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
METHOD:
Melt honey, coconut oil, nut butter, dates, and raisins/cranberries over low heat
Remove from heat when smooth and runny (don’t let boil)
Mix together all other ingredients until well blended
Press into a cookie pan and place in fridge overnight
Cut into bars or squares and store in fridge until ready to eat
