Quick Kale Salad
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups kale, chopped
1/2 large yellow pepper, diced
1/2 large orange pepper, diced
1/2 cup baby tomatoes, halved
1 stick celery
2 avocados, diced
METHOD:
Massage kale with 2-3 Tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 tbsp EVOO
Combine all ingredients and toss lightly
Squeeze half a small lemon over salad
Season with veggie stock powder or garlic and herb salt
