Quick Pan Granola for Two

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons gluten free rolled oatmeal

  • 1 Tablespoon raw sunflower seeds

  • 2 Tablespoons sliced almonds

  • 1 Tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds

  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 Tablespoon raw honey

Putting it All Together

  1. Add the above ingredients except for the honey, to a non-toxic, non-stick pan. Toast for a minute or two over medium heat watching not to burn the mixture.

  2. Add the honey and let it bubble for 45 seconds to a minute stirring all the time.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Spread the nut and seed mixture on parchment paper and let it cool.

  5. Break the cooled granola into pieces and add to a fresh, seasonal fruit salad or top with berries over a chia seed pudding.
