Basic Veggie Quiche
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups seasonal veggies
1 cup feta or organic white cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup honeyed goats cheese (broken into pieces)
1 cup almond milk or organic cream
4 large, organic eggs
Herbal salt & crushed black pepper to taste
METHOD:
Oven bake veggies at 400 F for 20 minutes
Place veggies in a greased baking dish and add cheese
Beat the eggs, cream/almond milk, herbal salt, and black pepper together
Pour over cheese and veggie mixture and mix well.
Bake at 350 F for 20–30 minutes or until firm and golden brown
