Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup canned full cream coconut milk
(BPA Free and shake well before opening)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of ground himalayan salt
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients
Mix together until smooth
Cover & place in fridge overnight
When serving, top with freshly diced figs, blueberries, pecans, almonds, and a dash of maple syrup
