Chocolate Mousse
INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
1/2 ripe banana
5 mejool dates
3 Tbsp water
Dash of maple syrup
2 heaped tsp raw cacao powder
2 heaped tsp almond butter
METHOD:
Pit the dates and soak in warm water for 10 minutes
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and beat until smooth
Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint or coconut flakes
Keep chilled in fridge until served
