Cinnamon Spiced Walnuts
INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/8 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1/8 tsp orange zest
Pinch of Himalayan salt
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Lin a baking pan with parchment paper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until walnuts are coated well
Spread onto baking pan and bake for 7-10 minutes
Once cool store in a glass mason jar
Enjoy as a snack or sprinkled over a green salad
