Mango Lime Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 fuji apple, de-cored and de-seeded
1/4 lime, peeled
Small chunk of cucumber
Thumbnail size fresh ginger
1 handful of spinach
1 Tbsp chia seeds
6 oz water
3/4 chunks of ice
METHOD:
Add all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
