INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or Hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp almond peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, optional

  • 1 heaped scoop of AIM Propeas Protein powder

  • 3 kale leaves, de-stalked or a handful of baby spinach

METHOD:

  1. Add ingredients to blender & blend until smooth

  2. If desired, add in coconut oil
