Green Breakfast Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds or Hemp seeds
1 Tbsp almond peanut butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil, optional
1 heaped scoop of AIM Propeas Protein powder
3 kale leaves, de-stalked or a handful of baby spinach
METHOD:
Add ingredients to blender & blend until smooth
If desired, add in coconut oil
