Beet the Blues Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 bottle of AIM Red Rush or 1/8 freshly peeled beet or 1 tsp of AIM Redibeets powder
1 scoop AIM Propeas
1/4 frozen banana, optional
1 tsp almond butter
Ice
1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender & blend until smooth
If desired, add in chia seeds
